Spent a lot more hours baking this week than reading . . . . In fact, if you knew how many pounds of butter and sugar have passed through my kitchen in the past few days, you might suspect that this giant belly I’m sporting is from something OTHER than a sweet baby girl! So my recipe recommendations far out weigh (pun intended! haha!) my reading recommendations! I made Shepherd’s Pie, Colcannon, Irish Soda Bread, and Irish Cream Cupcakes to mark St. Patrick’s Day, and baked The Best Oatmeal Cookies, Spicy Molasses Cookies, Peanut Butter Cookies, and Chocolate Whoopie Pies!
4 Ways to Be a Better Friend | A Holy Experience “It doesn’t matter what you get done if you’ve undone a heart – and there are no real accomplishments apart from relationship.”
Surviving the Crush | Gypsy Mama (“I am learning to spot the wonder in the ordinary. Because if it is all a gift to me from the Father who gives good things, why don’t I re-gift it to my kids before we rush out the door?”)

The Christian Lover: The Sweetness of Love and Marriage in the Letters of Believers (this is a actually a book–recommended to us via @Practical Shepherding)
Happy Weekending, friends!
